Course Outline
Module 1: Self-Hypnosis Overview
This module introduces self-hypnosis, covering its key concepts and processes. It begins with an introduction and course objectives, followed by a deep dive into the functions of the conscious and unconscious mind across four parts. The module explores trance and suggestion, discussing various depths of trance and how they impact suggestibility. It concludes with structuring effective suggestions and guiding learners through the self-hypnosis process.
Module 2: The Seven Hungers
This module focuses on understanding and addressing the Seven Hungers — various forms of desires or needs that drive behavior. It begins with an introduction to the concept, followed by detailed explanations of each hunger: Eye Hunger, Nose Hunger, Mouth Hunger, Stomach Hunger, Cellular Hunger, Mind Hunger, and Heart Hunger. The module concludes with strategies for working with these hungers to achieve personal well-being.
Module 3: Additional Strategies and Techniques
This module likely introduces advanced or supplementary methods that build on the foundations laid in the previous modules. These techniques are designed to enhance the effectiveness of self-hypnosis and other personal development practices.
Module 4: Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
